The International Mediation & Arbitration Centre (IMAC) collaborates with prominent national and international partners to advance its mission of promoting mediation, arbitration, and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). These collaborations enhance IMAC’s efforts to make justice more accessible and to strengthen effective conflict management practices.
IMAC works in collaboration with Madina Foundation, a respected national organization engaged in education and social development. This partnership supports IMAC’s efforts to expand ADR awareness, promote community engagement, and deliver professional training at the grassroots level. Through joint initiatives, both institutions contribute to fostering a culture of peaceful conflict resolution and capacity development across diverse sectors of society.
IMAC collaborates with the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI) to promote the use of alternative dispute resolution in commercial and trade matters. The collaboration aims to encourage businesses to adopt mediation and arbitration as efficient tools for resolving disputes. Together, IMAC and FPCCI are advancing the integration of ADR within Pakistan’s business community, supporting faster, cost-effective, and amicable settlement of commercial conflicts.
