A two-day training workshop on mediation concluded on 4th February, 2025 at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy. The workshop was organized and funded by the Ministry of Law and Justice through its newly established International Mediation and Arbitration Center (IMAC). Featuring legal professionals, advocates, and ministry officials, the training focused on alternative dispute resolution (ADR), mediation techniques, and conflict resolution strategies to promote a more efficient justice system.
The International Mediation & Arbitration Centre (IMAC), successfully concluded its six-day internationally accredited Civil and Commercial Mediation Training Programme at COMSTECH, Islamabad. Held from 16th to 21st September, the programme trained judges of the High Courts, lawyers, government officers, academicians, and business professionals from across Pakistan.
