Director General, SAARC Arbitration Council (SARCO) H.E. Mr. Choining Dorji visited IMAC. The visit focused on strengthening regional cooperation in arbitration and mediation. The meeting was attended by Ms. Mah Jabeen Khan Abbasi, Member National Assembly of Pakistan, the Secretary Law and Justice Division, and senior officials of Law and Justice and IMAC.

The Director General emphasized the strong potential for collaboration with IMAC, noting that while both institutions may appear as competitors, their shared objectives open avenues for meaningful cooperation. Key areas identified include joint case management, training, policy advocacy, and public outreach, particularly promoting the Singapore Convention and recognition of mediated settlements.
