The International Mediation and Arbitration Centre (IMAC), under the Ministry of Law & Justice, organized a two-day introductory mediation training at NIPA Peshawar, bringing together lawyers, civil servants, and professionals to strengthen practical ADR skills and promote effective dispute resolution.

The training highlighted the judiciary’s support for ADR, with participants noting that robust mediation frameworks complement court processes, enhance access to justice, and contribute to efficient dispute resolution across Pakistan.

Guided by senior officials and attended by distinguished experts, the training brought together lawyers, civil servants, and academicians to explore practical mediation techniques, emphasizing predictability in ADR processes and the role of dialogue in strengthening institutional trust and dispute resolution.
