Ms. Aisha Rasool is a legal expert, academician, and ADR specialist with extensive experience in corporate law, legal consultancy, research, and training. She holds an LL.M in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of York, UK, and pursuing Ph.D. in Corporate Law from the same institution. She is also a Certified Mediator accredited by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), UK. As the Senior Consultant (Research) at the Ministry of Law & Justice, Pakistan, Ms. Aisha is heading Legal Research and Opinion wing. In her capacity as the Project Director of IMAC, she plays a pivotal role in advancing Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms in Pakistan.
